Frequent Messaging rewards is recognition of your loyalty throughout the year. The more messages you send the more rewards you get.
You earn reward points whenever you send a fax or SMS with Navion. Then, as your balance builds, you can redeem them for the rewards you want. It’s easy and rewarding.

Frequent faxing rewards FAQ
When can I redeem my point for rewards? Reward point are redeemable two weeks before Christmas. Reward points are not redeemable at any other time.
Can I bank my points over more than one calendar year? No, all your reward points must be redeemed in December each year – you start each year with a zero balance.
Do I have to do anything to redeem my points? No, two weeks before December 25th we will tally your frequent faxing points and mail your preferred reward to you. Our goal is to deliver all rewards before Christmas, so you can have a happy one.
How are reward point allocated? It is based on the number of pages you send by Mid December. Your reward points are allocated based on milestones reached and identified in “fax pages / SMS sent” ( column 2 ) above.
What are fax / SMS credit rewards? Choosing this reward option you will be granted a $ amount in fax / SMS credits.
